i cant spent my money help asap

hello,
paypal wont let me spend my money. I cant even order a 2.50 item on ebay? what should i do? it says when i checkout on g2a that the merchant cannot process the payment then when i order on ebay it says i cannot order with this payment method.

Im not moving the money too fast and im not spending even half of it.

ive used the same vps since i made it in decmber 25th. I dont know if this makes a difference but before this issue i had to send in a id witch i did and it got verified. I could never checkout from out of the usa with this account .

paypal told me this
was not successful as our security system recognized the following possible reasons:

Recent Profile changes
Change of device used to access the account (ex. mobile, tablet, laptop, and computer)
Change of location from where the funds was sent (ex. Country, State, City, County, etc.)
Change of payment pattern (ex. fluctuating transaction amounts, currency change)

i am not sure what they mean by the last two? I tried to order off g2a and now i cant even send a dollar to anyone. I guess i will wait a few days but i have to ship something out so i hope after a few days i am able to order my items i need to and buy my game i have been waiting for a while now.

This is weird i never had any issues with my stealths than i have since 2016 . I have been doing stealths since 5 years ago and now all sudden since around halloween more accounts get limited and i get this stupid **** . Are they getting stricter or is it just me?

So many changes have caused this "soft limit" on your account.
You need to wait up to 72 hours and it should go away, as long as you log in with same ip and location as you have now.

ah i understand. do you think its because i kept trying to buy digital items after i got limited?

g2a is a overseas company that sells game codes. Paypal is well aware of the higher scams on that website.

do u think im going to be able to get the balance if i leave it for a few days? or do you think im ****ed and going to have to attach a bank account? IS there a way to cashout a check under the ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name or is bank the only way? I have had nothing but problems with this account i might just cash it out and not use it again

yeah i try not to but i wanted to buy a amazon gift card . **** sucks i wanted to get something for my friend for valentines :(
