The Skrill prepaid card is a Mastercard, so it's not possible. You need a Visa card because PayPal only allow withdrawals to Visa cards.

There are ones for sale in the marketplace.

Just remember to ensure you are using a Paypal account in country that allows withdrawal to card. There's a list floating around the forum if you aren't sure.

That is not 100% true, I am withdrawing to a Mastercard debit card from my IT PayPal.

While a few countries are limited to just Visa, there are some that will allow withdraw to MasterCard

The full list of what each country can and cannot do is here > (WARNING PAYPAL LINK) PayPal Withdraw options

It says Lithuanian accounts could also receive payments in Mastercard although this isn't true.

I think you are misunderstanding what it says. The link that James posted only shows what withdrawal methods can be used for each country. It doesn't state anywhere whether the withdrawal to card is to Visa or MasterCard.

Lithuanian accounts can RECEIVE payments made by MasterCard but you can only WITHDRAW to Visa card.

That's interesting. I never knew that Italian accounts could let you withdraw to Mastercard.

But it looks like almost all of the withdraw to card countries only allow withdrawals to Visa, not just a few.
