My newest PP ( Jan 2017_ ) says sometime along these lines up in the little 'notice' box: We've changed the way we are handling holds. You now will be able to withdraw XXX dollars per month, the rest will be subject to a 21 day hold.
I made sure to ship the same or next day, and input the tracking number on PP on every sale the same day, and by the end of the month my withdrawl limit had been bumped 6 times In January to $4600.00 and I expect it to get bumped this month also.
It gave me an option to ask for a release limit increase, but I never asked.
HOWEVER,
I had no open cases, chargebacks, lost packages or complaints, and I'm doing between 6-800 sales a month on that account, so I'm guessing my stats look really great.
I also leave several hundred dollars there all the time, so the bots feel as if they're covered for at least a small loss.
Remember, they know nothing about you, all they see is the info you give them, they're not going to want you to pull all the money out unless they think there's no risk to them.
Put yourself in PP's position and act accordingly.
