Advice to International Seller?

Hello,

I am in Israel and want to sell on eBay. Since upgrading my eBay buyer account I seem to now have a "mixed account" where part is available for buyer and part is for seller. It looks different compared to accounts I saw on YouTube videos made by eBay sellers. This in terms of navigation as it's a little different. Or it may be because I am international seller?

I wanted to have another account but only for buying purposes. Am I allowed to have that in addition to "mixed account"?

I also upgraded PayPal buyer account to business account and it also feels like a mixed account. It could be also due to interface revamp PayPal had not long ago?

I want to keep things simple. I want to create PayPal buyer account too since managing buying and selling from one eBay and PayPal account introduces complexity.

Can anyone advice? Thanks beforehand!

You may well be seeing the new sellers hub. I am not sure if its spread to all countries yet though.

Upgrading from a personal to a business PayPal will change the interface quite a lot.
