Not checking the IP addresses before logging into an account.
I did it once and at the start of my stealthing days and I have never made that mistake since!

but now it cant be because everytime when I log to windows user, I see the name of my account on my background, so cant forget this ****

Trying to sell too quickly is the most common mistake I see. Other things to look out for:
Trying to sell high risk items
Immediately withdrawing when funds are available
Leaving $0 in paypal
Not keeping cookies separate
Immediately changing account info
The list can go on for awhile, but these are some red flags to stay clear from.
