I'm the buyer of a digital good - received a way less expensive item.
They asked me for police report, I gave them. They asked for proof of what I received, I gave them..

Supervisor? I call them and ask to talk to a supervisor? Does this works for Ireland customer service?
PS: Appeal is not avalabile in the case, I can only call.

Yes it does. Some pp reps may refuse to connect you to him, but some will do.

Have called them, first call. I talked to a nice guy, lately I found out he is romanian too and we've talked in romanian(me so lucky)(ireland customer service). He said I'll be called back by him about the case and after 5 minutes I received email

"We're contacting you about the claim for the following transaction:


bla bla
bla

We've reviewed the claim again and we've decided to reimburse you 422.24 USD with a one-off payment.

You'll receive the money into your PayPal account within the next 2-3 working days.

Thank you for your time."

Now the case is "being reviewed by paypal)-I guess they said 2-3 days because that is how long it takes to "be reviewed by paypal.
If the email says I receive the money within 2-3 working days, I will get the money for sure right?

is there any chance I won't get the money?since the email I received says i'll get them?

Have lost the case(it appears.)
Received email and paypal said they added money to my aco****, they added the full amount.
I'm sad the seller didnt got punished and Paypal had to pay.
I'm so luck to get on phone with a guy of same nationality. Best day is today
