Do the Ralph's/Kroger prepaid Debit cards still work with PayPal?

Should I call PayPal and try to add it manually

Update: I added the Card by acting like going send money "BUT" asking me to confirm card to Get a code "Sorry, we can’t link this card. Please try linking a different card to your account." but when I do get the same message : /
