Bad experience with buyer
I sold a game for £30 on the 24th at 2pm, I have dispatch time within 2 days, but sent the item out this morning on the 25th with 1st class signed for delivery, so the eta was on the 1st, but will actualy arrive on the 27th. He has messaged me today the 25th asking where the item is, he then messaged me again saying why am I not answering him, even though only 5 hours has passed since his last message.
I mean what the hell? Is this guy just pure dumb, or is he trying to claw his money back?
To be honest, I know that you do get these customers every once in a while and you should just move on, but ahhh it's so frustrating, I just need somewhere to vent my anger I guess.
It is just as well that I sent this item signed for, because this would be a guaranteed full refund.
It would be good if ebay showed the returns percentage of the buyer on the sale page, so you could determine and have a rough idea how likely it could be for the buyer to lie and want a full refund. So if it's quite high you know to send it with confirmation, if it's zero or very low then you could get away without tracking, if it's a low priced item off course.
Would be good if I could hear any bad experiences you guys have had, I know this case isn't the worst, but it still damn annoying.
