Re: Buyer never returned item after 2 weeks
Emailed the buyer today to see if he can close the case. He responded stating that he is sorry and he will get that taken care of today.
Now, just received an email from eBay stating that the buyer asked them to step in and they will review the case within 48Hrs. What would be the point of all this if the buyer claimed the item is fine??
UPDATE - eBay Customer Support has placed the case on hold until March 02, 2017.
