Anything with sim card is good for eBay, most VOIP are bad giving you zero limits.

I use tracfones when I make accounts. Surely not the cheapest but it always works and they're always available.

Avoid cheap voips, Tracfones are good option though.

Be careful with using free text forwarding services like that, can cause accounts issues

those sites recycle the same numbers thousands of times
