IS it ok to log into paypal with a VPN if you use the same ip? or should you use a mobile phone when loggin in as i mean turing your pghones hot spot on i have a wifi card in my computer so i can just pull ether and log on to phone also LMk

If you use a VPN that will issue you with an IP

So long as its a decent VPN then you use that IP to log into PayPal

iam saying i log into my phone though my desktop i unplug the hardline ethernet when going into my ebay or pp should i just use the phones internet or connect to my VPN while connected to phone therefore using my phones internet with a vpn on top of that i use the same ip on the vpn i was thinking maybe no vpn just use phones internet what do you think....also this is a aged account with a brand new pp payments are not held at all i think the payment held has to do with the ebay acc and how old it is because there is no holds on any payments i been taking

Listen if you are using a VPN it does not matter if you use your Phone's Internet or your Home Internet.

i under stand that what iam asking is should i just us the phones internet with no vpn? as ebay has my ip logged probaly or my router and can link if use homes internet i do use a vpn while on my home internet and i now its the same thing is i dont want to get booted off vpn while on ebay so i figure better to use phone hotspot but is it better just to use phone or vpn on the ? also why does my ebay allow no holds on payments?
