Entropay on new accounts causes issues, as well as many bitcoin cards out there.
Most bitcoin cards tend to use the same source, but rebrand with their own name, so keep an eye out for the first 6 digits of the card number(s).

Other than that, i'd say give the stealth guide a quick whizz through to refresh your memory. Good Luck
