Jesus you're leaving 12K euros in your paypal account?

You need to withdraw that out slowly, or else all of it will stuck in the account.

I try to keep less than a few hundred in paypal accounts these days. I withdraw daily most available funds.

just tried to withdraw today and internal server error.
then received mail about that 21 days hold placed.
there is counters on resolution center and third option is "wait 60 days from first payment"
and it's count zero. 64 days already passed from first payment, will wait 60 more?
do i need to call for it?

You're getting yourself into a right mess here by the sounds of it.

If it were me, I'd stop selling on the account and get that balance out of there as quickly as possible.

The withdrawal error (assuming you have cleared funds) is not related to the holds.

You will have a daily withdrawal limit if you are withdrawing to card. How much did you attempt to withdraw? Was it to card or bank account?

Don't be changing the Paypal account that you use with the ebay account. That will only make matters worse.

I'm not telling you what to do. It is totally up to you. I personally wouldn't continue to sell on the account until I could get the majority of the funds out.

£12k euro is a LOT of money to leave sitting in a stealth account.

Oh boy...

When did you add the card you are withdrawing to?

You get that "Internal Server Error" if you have only recently added the card you are trying to withdraw to, and the only way to get it fixed is to contact PayPal or wait a LONG time. Contacting PayPal seems the best thing to do here.

DO NOT keep trying to withdraw while receiving that error message, as that will trigger a limitation.

I have also occasionally had it trigger 21 day holds on accounts that didn't have them, as you have experienced. The funds in the account were then placed under 21 day hold, and the amount of time they had been sitting there already wasn't taken into account... it was 21 days from the moment that I got the message, one of PayPal's many irritating glitches. You could probably point out to PayPal how long the funds had been in your account and get them to remove the holds for those payments... although from here on out, it sounds like any future payments will certainly be held.

But you definitely need to stop trying to withdraw if you don't want to get limited. Ask them to fix that Internal Server Error and release the holds on your payments aready in your PayPal... it's your only hope at this point.
