Thank you for your reply. The problem in stealth guide is that I need American bank card, which do not have.
I will explain what I want:
I want to sell legit softwares at ebay which are purchased from the legit supplier. I live in Georgia, Tbilisi and cannot make American bank account. I do not need huge 50k limits. I just need to sell small amount of softwares. Can anybody advice me?
