That is why it is best to disperse your risk over multiple stealth accounts, having this much money tied up causes cash flow issues for your business. I would try to find some corporate emails or higher a lawyer to at least right a letter for you, maybe it will resolve your issue.
I used to leave large sums of money in paypal but never again. Was this just from pending release of funds for 21 day holds? If so, you are one brave sole.
one of my account got limited dues to too many withdrawals even though they were days apart.... I usually make a withdraw of under $400 every few days and still got shut down....

lol 40K, thats a rookie and costly mistake, and to top it all off "unverified, you sir have the balls, i salute you but most of these mistakes should be made at the very start at the business when sums are small and compact and the losses arent massive.
