always not paying Ebay fee b/c card is non-reloadable causes suspension?

Because if you use a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ info at Simon.com you get a non-reloadable card.

That means every month I have to get a new card to update on Ebay.

Wouldn't this cause Ebay to be suspicious?

Is there a reloadable virtual card that doesn't require SSN then?!

I haven't had time to look, but have you tried giftcards.com? I'll try to put a list together of alternatives to Simon. If anyone has a source other then Simon, please reply with details.

Well a few that I know

Epay - reloadable and nonreloadable virtual cards. Reloadable cards need SSN
Entrepay (or Entropay not sure SP) - same as above
Netspend - same as above
Money-around-the-world - says it's reloadable, and does not require SSN but is really expensive to use

Greendot - need SSN
Wirecard - need SSN
Ikobo - really expensive
