 Upgraded to Business Account Problem

I upgraded one of my ebay accounts to a Business account, because on my seller dashboard, on the Germany Region, showed that I already had all the requirements to be a top rated seller and that I just had to upgrade to a business account.
I did it, in order to become top rated in this region.
Now, besides I still have have 83 items I can list, when i try to publish a listing, ebay is telling me to send the traditional email asking to increase selling limits.
This account has my real information but it's linked to all my other accounts (I started stealth few days ago) and in my other accounts I have some of them limited.
Because of this, every time I try to increase the selling limits of my other accounts, they don't lift because they say I have to solve the problems in the other accounts first.
This account I never asked to lift because I never reached the limit.
Now, what should I do?
I just upgraded few minutes ago.
Should I just wait a few hours or days to see if they allow me automatically to list (because I still did not reach the limit), should I send them an e-email... ?
