Should I keep it?

I have a 3 months old PayPal account that somehow got a very low trust level from PayPal .
All my payments are non-EBAY**

First 3 transactions were in first month, around 70$ to 100$ each. Payments sent as servic/goods. I got 21 days holds for all 3 payments. I spent the money online and then I let the account cool off for more then 30 days. Around 45 days.

I said to add a few more goods/service payment, and i got a few direct sales of 10$. (around 7). All of them got 21 days holds. None of them were ebay sales.

Today somebody sent me 1$ as goods/services...and ...again ...21 days holds even for 1$.
I never received holds for 1$.

There are no requirements for this account like "60 days, and 10 payments" ,etc.

Should I keep this account or I will end up getting bigger problems with it later on?

Keep it and just build up the trust. Cause no issues or problems and the holds should go away after 60 days.<---- Thats the standard

Yes 21 day holds are pretty standard, your account is not necessarily suspect
