Can you endorse Stealth PayPal Check To Real Name?

If I request a check on my stealth paypals can I just endorse the check into my name and cash it that way?

Most banks don't allow 3rd party checks these days.

Some people say they have luck doing it through an ATM, but everywhere I bank has a notice about it at the counter, so if a human sees it you probably aren't going to be able to do it.

How far off from your real name is the check? I deposit checks in my
maiden name and it's not even on my account. Through the ATM
deposit.

I did this with quite a few checks and eventually got my bank closed for MSB violation
