First Century Bank, mismatched name

im going to link my first century bank account(through payoneer) on paypal.

Does first century bank accept the funds with mismatched name?

I tried 3 months ago, they don't. :( They will hold your money and ask why name is different. I didn't answer so I just asked them to refund and received funds back to paypal.

However, paypal added payoneer bank account with no issues (but I didn't confirm it).
