New info on PayPal Debit Cards sent to PO Box

It has been said here and some other places I read, that PayPal would NOT send debit cards to PO Box addresses.

I just received PayPal debit card to my PO Box, no problem. Actually, there was an 'invitation' by PayPal to get one - telling me I was pre-approved for it, so I applied. Both Ebay and PayPal accounts are pre 11/07 accounts but not even 2 years old yet. Also, this PayPal is registered as business account. Just to let you know guys..

Wows thats great. Did your pre 11/07 accounts ever have limitation yet, and did u need s.s number to get the card.

It had some limitations, but I worked on them and was always able to have them lifted. Its a business paypal, so they never asked for social...yet. I could give them EIN if they ever ask, but not sure if this would be sufficient to PP. I am working now on getting all of my 'ducks in a row' if they ever do ask for social.

and its an obvious po box number?
what happens when you get limited do you say its your home or work address?

Yes ! It's a real, most ordinary USPS PO box..$27 every 6 months. When I was limited before, all they wanted was to confirm the address and I had to wait for the silly letter from paypal for 3 weeks and than enter the 4 digit number and that was it. They never asked if this was home or business...Well, it's obvious it's not home, so it matches the info I gave to PayPal when I opened PayPal business account...
