Can't link checking account to limited paypal

It asks to verify my phone number which I don't have access to in order to link my checking account. Any way I can bypass it? Can I email PayPal to have them do it manually?

Also is it easy to change my checking account number? Or I have to open a new bank and close the current one?

Perhaps we could start with, what bank are you trying to add?

Emailing PayPal won't do anything and all your going to do is be waiting for a non-existing email back. If you call, you MIGHT be able to do it.

Well its a checking account from chase bank.

So paypal don't respond by email?

Its a stealth paypal, so idk if they would add it manually if I can't verify myself.
