Paypal payment for goods held

Hi,

I sent someone money through goods and services using my stealth paypal. He has had his paypal ages and says that paypal have held the payment for up to 24 hours on his end apparently.

What's happening, should I be concerned?

No, this is actually very common. Have him send you a screenshot of the email PP sent (it will have the transaction ID on it) if you are worried. I see this a lot and it usually passes, just paypal making sure they are not getting scammed.
