negative balance question, please help :)

I got scammed online.
I sold digital goods in a video game for gift money of $100usd.
He bought from me a total of 3 times so its $100 over like 2-3 days.
Now 2 months later, he credit card charged back on me and my balance is like negative $60usd.

I have no way of proving i gave the items since its digital goods (in a video game) so I assume I will lose the dispute.

my question:

1) If i just ditch the account and leave it with a negative $60 balance, what will happen? Will they ever take $ from my bank automatically? Or whats going to happen?

More information:
-im using a stealth paypal account so all info is stealth except phone number
-i plan on making a new account now and just leaving this account with a negative balance permanently

In the US they will try to take it from your bank and overdraft/cause a return check charge. Repeatedly.

You need to shut down the bank account before this happens. If this happens this will damage your credit.

Nobody here is going to suggest you stiff PP. You should pay your bill. That said, they aren't going to work very hard to collect $60.
