Strange error message after listing any item

Hello,
I have very strange problem, it's second week how I can't list anything to ebay.
My account is fine I have contacted ebay support and they can't explain the reason. They confirm me that my account is good condition and I should be abl to list.
But all the time I'm receiving this error message, it's not matter I list it to ebay.de or ebay.co.uk:

I tried all possible browsers.
Maybe someone had the same problem before ?
Please advise me I don't know what to do anymore.

Is this a UK account?

From the looks of it, your approaching the older ebay site which has completely changed since. Hence when your trying to sell, its taking you to the old web address, which clearly no longer exists.

Perhaps try going into another stealth account that does work, when you get to the sell item page, copy the url and save it somewhere. Then come back to this account, paste URL and see if it works.
