Advice needed!

I had my Ebay account randomly limited beginning of march for unknown reasons, They requested tracking information and that i sort the issues out with my other ebay account (I dont have another ebay account)

It turns out the number im using was recycled by the network and put back into circulation and i acquired it, The number previously belongs to somebody who got her self restricted on ebay which took my account down as they believed we had a strong connection.

I emailed them all the tracking numbers and explaining this other account was not me, I never got a reply.

A month later i contacted ebay support asking whats happening and they told me my account is permanently restricted, I never received an email to tell me my account was banned or anything?!

What would happen in this case if i just opened another ebay account ?

You an go ahead and open a new account, you just have to make sure that there are no links between the new one and the old now perm limited one

That account is done. Don't think you can do anything about that. No matter what, they feel that you are that person. They wouldn't want to take the risk or even bother otherwise.
