Hello I want to ask if user bought my listing but he did not pay and I cancel order will ebay give me money paid for listing when item sells back?

Or another case when I cancel order and refund user will ebay give me money paid for listing when it is sold back?

Big thanks for help.

You are credited back fees for unpaid orders whenever you open and close an unpaid item case. You are also credited back fees whenever you cancel an order and/or refund the buyer.

The fees will be credited back to you on next month's invoice. Usually this means eBay will owe you some money on the first of next month, so you'll have a negative balance for your fees on eBay until you sell enough to owe them money again.

No need to open a case just cancel the order with reason "there is something wrong with user's address" and you will get the fee back. Never cancel the order with the reason "you are out of stock" since they will not refund the seller fee in this caer

I think you should open request that buyer didn't pay for item. If you cancel order by item out of stock ebay will note that in seller dashboard in transaction defect rate so don't do this

If you cancel with the reason there is something wrong with the buyers address, will it affect anything? The reason I did not like open a case is I will need to close it manually and I have to wait a few days before I can close it
