Hello, i have the offer to buy an account on ebay.de from someone else.

What better to do And do you think it is possible?

1) Can I change my personal information on ebay and get a new paypal on my real name?

2) Leave data in ebay.de account such as had seller, and buy VSSC prepaid card by typing on it like owner of german account on ebay.de.

1) No changing personal info - what is the status of the ORIGINAL PAYPAL?

2) Really recommend you understand stealth before going on further with this possibly messy account
