Default Listing Removed Trade Mark Violition - Unauthorised Item

Need some advice people.
Basically 3 listing were removed 3 weeks ago so naturally I contacted Ebay and asked they were removed they told me on 2 occasions that it was due to me using stock pictuers and that I can relist the items as Linda I don't use stock pics and I use my own pics. Ok so I did this I relished the items with my own pics and what happens they take down my listings again and restrict my account temporarily for 7 days and just to be clear my items are genuine they are liquidated stock and the funny thing is that I have other listings up with same pics but different title and these are still active and have not been taken down which weird. I also have proof that my items are authentic I have invoices to prove they are genuine. Can anyone advise me what the heck is going on and is their anyway I can appeal this?

You should have info in the email you received from eBay about the veRO rights holder that reported you.
Just because you sell authentic items, it doesn't mean that you're allowed to do so. Right owners police listings and report items that are listed through non-authorized parties. This is how they protect their channel...it is what it is.
Go stealth and use multiple accounts to spread sales.
Next time they report you, you can kiss goodbye to this account as they will permanently ban you. Been there, done that.... Good luck!
