I guess in eBay,we can change the whole address including country.So country IP shouldn't matter.Am I right?

Indian ip would be a red flag on a UK/US acc....

but if i have UK stealth ebay account and some other country paypal account linked to it, for example Estonian, so if i log in to ebay with VPN - dedicated UK ip, and use/log in to Estonian paypal with Estonian ip. Is this even possible, or red flag ? and restricted accounts ?
