New PP, is everything fine?

Hello there everyone! I have few question would it work to make this everything i am gonna mention:

1. Buy VCC and Phone number to verify new Paypal account (Does VCC come with name, address and other info? Or i need to write ⊗⊗⊗⊗, or other info?)

2. Use VPN for paypal creation and verification. Link new PP account to new created Ebay account with same name, address as PP.

3. Use different photos, description and other stuff to make listing and all other stealth guides.

Do I miss something guys? Would it work?

Source of VPN will be a factor

You still gonna need to get PayPal to trust you.

Items you sell are another factor.

I checked your other threads. If you live in Lithuania, what country is the Paypal/eBay account.?
