Default Is refund counted towards "projected sales"???

Please share only FROM EXP, not the thoughts.

Is a refunded transaction still counts toward projected sales ??? I mean during short period of time.
Let's say you sold some crap for couple cents on auction and killed these 50 slots and then decided to sell another stuff. If you refund these 50 so it would not count towards 200/20,000. From my exp if you sell cheap items like me - at around 120-150 during short period of time you get first warning and if you ignore - paypal blocks you from receiving payments at around 190-195 items.
So if I refund these 50 to fullfill with more expensive stuff - will it work or it would still be counted even thiugh its been refunded

P.s.: don't wanna kill 1 paypal trying that due to big % of refunds on the account so asking your experience.
Thanks

First off not sure why you would wanna refund 50 items if you getting $120-$150, Not sure how old your account is but if PP is allowing that on a fairly new account without Limitations your lucky. Now for EXP. ADVICE If it is fairly new account slow down.. an what ever you do DO NOT REFUND 50 Items PP with Shut you down FAST all those refunds SUPER HIGH RISK Account GONE

It'll still count...

on other note... since you are not a new player like you mentioned... I'm sure you know not to play with fire as you are stating you are thinking of doing.
