Starting over after limitation in another country

As most, some of us get our main account limited. This happened about 5 years ago. Haven't been really succeful after that.

Could you start a Corporation is say UK and use real information instead of going stealth.

UK and US PayPal I expect do share information so you would still need to enter your own personal details that would already be banned in the US onto PayPal UK

Every stealth requests scans etc and never get past that. put be terrible docs but i made a LLC and EIN and signed up with a new US account. Everything new. Used my real name but everything new.
