Got chargeback from buyer through PayPal
I was selling a couple years, but it is a first time when I was faced with this situation. We sold virtual item called as "intangible video game service" through paypal as friend and family... thought it was a safer way to sell, but not at this time.
As soon as we delivered his virtual item, the next day I got - 110 euro on Hold, opened case on my Paypal and full ignore from buyer ofc.
since it is first time in my experience, I'll be really appreciate if someone share a some tips. How can i'm properly dialogue with the resolution center now?
should I tell that this selling was virtual product in online game or just say that this is a transaction from a friend? i know it is friend and family if i say item delivered to buyer, probably they will close my friend and family option. should i attach Skype chat conversation?

Maybe There are some other ways to solve this. I heard that it's almost impossible to refund through family and friends.
