Alright so, I sold a couple items and it says my funds will be released in the evening on date ******, My question is when they say evening what exact time do they mean. Could you tell me the time it would be in Eastern Time, I know pay-pal is in Pacific Time.

There's no exact time when they'll release the funds. But it can be a few days sooner depending on circumstances like positive feedback, tracking, account age, history, etc.
If I were you, I'd focus on good service and sales instead of this. Trust me. =)
Its generally the same time that you got the payment, but it can be a few hours earlier or a few hours later. It can even be an entire day later. There is non set rule on it
