Thanks for the quick replies! I'll wait for trialpay to straighten it out tomorrow.
UPDATE: Trialpay confirmed the order on Monday (within 2 business days). When I asked if I made a mistake to cause the delay, they responded:
"Unfortunately our system is sometimes unable to track every offer completion that goes through our system during high traffic periods."
Funny thing was the purchase was made at 2am in the morning. So I'm assuming that's another way of saying woops, we're not sure what happened.
