Hello All (Trialpay Question)

Hello all,

I just ordered eBay Stealth via trialpay (godaddy purchase). Unfortunately, it didn't activate instantly and I had to email the order confirmation to trialpay. It's been 72 hours and I'm curious how long they normally take?

I'm guessing it will be ready on Monday... I'm just anxious to get started. Even thought about purchasing another trialpay item to see if it would be instant this time.

Never seize to amaze me how some new members know exactly in what thread to post and use "edit" button right away.. It took me weeks to find my way around here. There is so much info to absorb when you first enter the forum.........

It took me a couple weeks too... (different site using similar software). So had a bit of an advantage this time around. :D

Thanks for the quick replies! I'll wait for trialpay to straighten it out tomorrow.


UPDATE: Trialpay confirmed the order on Monday (within 2 business days). When I asked if I made a mistake to cause the delay, they responded:

"Unfortunately our system is sometimes unable to track every offer completion that goes through our system during high traffic periods."

Funny thing was the purchase was made at 2am in the morning. So I'm assuming that's another way of saying woops, we're not sure what happened.
