Default US withdraw to card theoretically...

I know mis match names wont work, but if the name matches can paypal be withdrawn in US to re-loadedable cards such as brinks?

next on the agenda
(assuming the first statement is true)

---if one created such a paypal account in their actual name but stealth details in CA to avoid 200/20k limits , can this be withdrawn via re-loadable card?

You cannot withdraw to a card full stop as far as I am aware in the US. Only to a bank account

What the OP is talking about is those Prepaid cards that come with a Checking Account. Some people also call them VBA's.

Yes, you can. Names must match. I don't know about brinks, I tried to open one and it wouldn't work with PP. Same thing with Western Union, at least several years ago.

There are a number that will work, however, accountnow for one. There's a medium high monthly fee, and it is run via green dot bank service, which means it will be risky in other ways, but I had to do it that way for several years when I couldn't open a regular bank account.

I don't know about the Canada issue. You'd have to ask that question of the card issuer.

That is just a bank account attached a card isn't it? Seems like OP may just be confusing terminology

It is a bank account attached to a card but usually you order the card then once you activate the card you can use the bank account. 99% of those accounts will NOT work with mismatch name deposits.
