transfer money between China paypal by purchasing your own listing on ebay

I know many chinese users are watching this forum.

So you can't tranfer money between China paypal. However, if you post a listing on ebay and collect moeny by your China paypal. Then, you use another China paypal to purchase the listing your posted. Does that work? Any one try this before?

I just call paypal and they said yes, China paypal can't transfer between accounts directly or by something like personal website, ebid.net, etc. But you can transfer money by ebay. Just wondering if you are saying the amount is too big to be reliable?

But, when I tried a $30 transaction today, it declined.

They're going to lock down your PP and EB accounts and freeze your funds. You're doing to lose everything this way.

Amount too big? Anyway, now I can't even make a $30 payment between two china paypal accts

Those accounts are not under my name. No bank in China accept mismatching name deposit.

How do you transfer money by EB? I think you're getting confused. Why don't you call them back and get a more clear answer.

I am posting a listing and receiving money with a paypal under my real name. Then I used my stealth account to purchase my listing. I was planning to transfer in this way.

I did a $5 purchase, it worked. Then I did a $30 purchase, it failed and told me China paypals dont allow transaction between each others.

Sounds like China paypals are allowed to make small purchase between each others, like $2 and $5. But bigger amount it will decline.
