Creating new paypal account. what issues will come?

Hello,

I want to create a new paypal account.(stealth) as previous ones i have burned/destroyed.

I would create it on RDP with different IP address, names and so on. I think it's not so hard to open fully working paypal acc with vcc and vba added.

But my question is how strict paypal is for new accounts?
I mean, if the account is like one week old, can such account start receiving money?
For example, I want to make my account strong in 2-3 months by making transaction history, send and receive money.

Paypal would add 21 days hold right ? Also, how often pp add 180 days hold?

180 day holds are usually only for accounts that have been limited.

21 day hold is usually the first few transactions but can be a bit random, for example I opened a new account this week, sold my first item on it today and funds are available! another account I am running for 3 months and the hold was only removed 2 weeks ago, lots of sales and positive feedback on this account so it looks random to me.

Better to have several accounts and spread out the payments as advised on the forums.

In my experience, most fairly new accounts have the 21 day hold put on either immediately or after the first few payments are received. There will be a unicorn here and there that do not receive the limitation at all.. but I've only had that happen once so far.
