Default Paypal convert USD to EUR automatically when withdraw and charge 4 Eur Fee
I am experimenting using a paypal from countires that allow card wihtdrawing. So I created a Bahamas paypal and put some USD from my other accts. I attached an Entropay VCC.

When I withdraw, paypal automaticallly convert from USD to EUR, which caused loss. Then, paypal also cahrge me 4 EUR as fee.

that cuz of your card in EUR you have to go to entropay and chage it to USD
