Might sound like a silly question, but I've always had 100 free listings (first 2 months or so around 20 per month I think ) per day with my accounts that were stealth but not purchased, now with my purchased ones I do not have any promotional offers and it is charging me 30 pence per item. What is causing this?

It could be down to the type of account they are

Did you used to use personal and your now using a business account maybe?

Yes, my previous ones were personal ones, does it mean you don't get any promotional offers with business accounts?
