Does not really make a difference, if you get hit with a limit you will most likely be asked for;
1) Photo ID
2) Confirm card/bank
3) Description of a certain list of transactions
4) Proof of invoices
5) Proof of address
6) Proof of delivery (tracking)
There is no bypassing options 1, 2 and 5. Depending on what you're selling you can bypass 6 however if you're selling physical items you should be sending in tracked anyway, depending on what you are selling you can bypass 4 (as in, if you're constantly selling the same item they will ask for invoices, if you're selling like random clutter as a 'personal account' would usually do you can get away with not sending them). As for 3 there is no need to bypass it just explain what you're selling.
Of course if you have registered under a business account you may well be asked to provide verification of your business information depending on what country you are based in. Presuming its the US, things like company ID, address etc..
