What is the highest priced thing I could sell on a no hold eBay and PayPal? Is there a certain way to tell or is it randomized?

It's all up to PayPal, their software determines what gets held and what doesn't.

MM78 is correct.

BTW there's no such thing as a 'no hold account', holds come and go and sometimes only happen on one item one time.

Sometimes it has less to do with you than the person who pays.
