I read a lot about this stelth book some I understand one i dont which is the changing of the IP address , however looking up ebays policy they say you can have duplicate accounts for buying & selling as long as you use a different email account ! so with being suspended why carnt i just set up a new user account , clear cahe history cookies etc & set up a new account using my new debit card ?
i know i would have to go to my daughters every time i wanted to access ebay but there again she only lives round the corner from me !

@ritzema123, it doesn't seem like you have read the stealth guide - the stealth guide lays things out in a nice fashion BUT if you read around the forum a lot, you can also build your understanding.

Google this....what is my ip, log it down, now switch off your router for around 5 minutes, if my stealth senses serve me right, voila you have new ip address. This is not a long term solution though as it can be a pain in the A**. As the guys have said get the stealth guide mate or you will need to read around the forums for a few years.

If he can't afford $20 for the guide, he definitely can't afford to buy a new account.. and probably shouldn't be buying anything on Ebay anyways.
