This is nothing new, and the ebay accounts selling these dont tend to last long.

Many have little positive feedback, usually less than 5, so don't expect reliable accounts with great service either.

Others charge extortionate prices (i.e. £3k) for an account. There's also no guarantee if these accounts will last as their probably hacked.

Best to stick to reputable sellers (this forum).
