Ebay seller with limit ?

Hello , I have more ebay seller account it's old from year , stop for a long time , but have the limit selling monthly (100PCS. / 3000€ ) it's very slow !!! But I ask the account with 200 / 300 / 400 feedback , one have 1358 feedback and have limit !! All ebay it's from Germany ! How possible ?!
