I have bought a paypal stealth account and when i created an eBay account with the same credentials as my stealth paypal and using an ip proxy my eBay account got suspended with no activity at all. It got suspended after an hour.
I live in EU and i use US paypal and US ip. Does anyone knows why this happen?

Its the IP address you used and possibly the paypal account which is possibly using the same details as a suspended ebay account. Did you verify that the paypal account was never linked before to an ebay account?
If you wish to use a US based account youll need a SOLID IP solution. A proxy is not it. You get what you pay for in this game.
