Alternative Payment Methods: Payza?
Has anyone recently used or had experience with Payza? I am getting sick of Paypal and the fact that a buyer can use a product for 5 months, open up a request to return it, and I get back a damaged item and take the loss (180 days to open up a dispute).
I see that Payza's User Agreement shows 45 days for disputes, compared to the 180 days. "Transaction disputes between the customer and the seller are managed within the Resolution Center within the member's account. Disputes must be filed within forty-five (45) calendar days of the completed payment transaction."
Also, if a customer loses the case or it is past the 45 day window, I am sure some will try to do a chargeback. Payza states:
"The customer is not permitted to initiate a chargeback (the return of funds to the customer, forcibly initiated by the customer's credit/debit card issuer, from the seller). If the customer does initiate a chargeback, then the customer's account will be immediately limited and the customer will be subject to a $25 non-refundable penalty fee."
Just trying to find better protection for selling. Google Wallet is 180 days, Venmo (by Paypal) is no good, Cash App by Square Trade is 120 days. Thanks.
