Even though you probably wont use 4G, you might as well get it incase things change in the future. The price difference isn't much either.
P.S. Usually once you install it on one account, it works on all user accounts. You dont need to reinstall per stealth account. | The Following User Says Thank You to Play For This Useful Post: | |

But you would use the 3G service for the bigger pool of IPs.

Stealth is simple once you get the hang of it - it becomes common sense. But getting going can get tricky at times. | Hi I made 2 eBay accounts so far not suspended. I use a free VPN chrome extension called hoxx is this ok, or do I need a Dedicated IP?

The SIM isn't a problem
Do not use the eBay & PayPal APP though! | Well yeh he can use his Wifi for Static IP. But what if he use his data connection ?
it can change the IP address isn't ?.

What you want is a FRESH IP, see here. Quote:

Some will refer to this as LTE ON/OFF

Avoid any dongles that support IPv6. For now its just a lot simpler to stick to IPv4.
Not sure how widespread IPv6 is in your country, so I thought I'd just give you a heads up.

SimCard doesn't matter. Ebay and PayPal can never track your Sim to fine your identity .
Just always clean your browser

Just always clean your browser | I read in the Stealth Book that if i use separete user account in Windows it is very important to keep the browsing cookies, bacause eBay and PayPal really like them and this way i build trust. What do you mean to clean my browser ?

Each user, you will use the browser within it.
The browser will store cookies, and other data as you browse the web (eBay/PayPal).
The guide is just saying, make sure you don't delete this. In other words, don't do anything, and it'll be fine.
Some people clear their browsing history/cookies each time after using eBay. This can cause issues when logging in. Your just trying to avoid that from happening.

Because there is such posibility imo, we don't know how many people are using/used mobile internet provider's IPs pool. I remembered before years i accidently logged into my second non stealth eBay account from an IP that i was using for the first acc, only once. There was no issue, but may be i was lucky.
Today i tested the dongle E3372 /exact the same you showed me link about/ and it is pretty easy and pleasant to work with. Fast and easy plug and play.
Thank you very much for helping me with so detailed infromation and advices. I turned it on/off few times and there was always new IP generated after this. Is this a problem that only last three digits are changing, not the whole IP ?

| Just keep a tab on it from now, and make sure your IPs used don't overlap. As for your past IPs, leave them in the past, their unlikely to cause issues so long as you keep everything 100% unique/unlinked/stealth. Quote:

| That's fine
To help make accounts more unique/different, you can use a different network sim for each account.
Account A - Network A
Account B - Network B
etc. - so IP will be more different.
