 Paypal and eBay accounts with debt I want to use ebay again
I was an user on ebay and paypal, 9 years ago, my accounts were banned, because
I left accounts unpaid and both ebay and Paypal the accounts were left with debt, I remember I used a bank account with my real name, but never used a similar security number ( as the usa but in Mexico), at this moment I do not even remember the mail I used, neither my user or passwords as much of ebay as Paypal, but if I want to register again, Could they link me with the old accounts, my question is whether after 9 years is possible or deleted bad records?
